The Kids Drop-In Club has now been included in the 2024 of the Swieqi Chess Club calendar! It will be held every first Saturday of each month, in the morning between 10am and 11:30am.
The first session of the year will be on Saturday 6th January 2024 at 10am.
The kids drop-in club is an informal weekly session where kids can feel free to join in and participate with other like-minded kids who enjoy playing chess. The sessions will vary from week to week and will include things like tactics, strategy, exercises and playing chess with other kids. The sessions supplement any classes the kids take by allowing them to practice the game. Kids do not have to be a member of the club and kids are not required to come every week should they not want to.
